Chocolate truffles are easy to make.
Just mix the following together to make ganache.
1 dl cream (boiled)
200 g chocolate
50 g butter
Optional: a bit of espresso
Let it cool for an hour in the fridge.
Create balls out of it.
Coat with cacao powder.
